At Move Forward Fitness we design functional workout programs that are based on our clients' needs and goals. We believe that a client's workout time is maximized by getting them up off of machines and our programs are based on core strength and stability incorporating total body involvement. We also strive to maximize the client's "fun factor" while in the gym. Let's face it, nobody wants to do a workout that they don't enjoy. At Move Forward Fitness we seek to challenge our client's fitness while at the same time make exercise a fun, safe, enjoyable experience.

We offer either private one-on-one Personal Training sessions or group Circuit Training classes. A one-on-one session is ideal for someone who requires individual attention. Your workout is designed specifically FOR YOU! This is a very efficient way to learn new skills and execute them perfectly. A Circuit Training class is a fun way to get cardiovascular conditioning and strength training in one workout session. A typical class will incorporate multiple exercise stations, done for a specific length of time challenging all of your muscles.

Whether you are brand new to exercise or have years of experience, you can benefit from utilizing a Personal Trainer. The benefits of having a Personal Trainer for either a private one-on-one session or a semi-private group session fall into two main categories; safety and efficiency. At Move Forward Fitness we apply proven exercise techniques to help clients achieve their goals while avoiding injuries that lead to fitness setbacks. Even in our group sessions clients receive personal attention and training on proper form. Through appropriate rest intervals and workout intensity, clients get the most efficient workout possible in the allotted time.
